Section 231
Suspension of Execution of Judgment
Notwithstanding anything contained in Section 230, the Court shall suspend the execution of judgment in the following cases:-
(a) In the event of an appeal, until the time within which the appeal is served,
(b) If there is an appeal in a case that can be appealed according to the law, until the final disposal of the case from the point of appeal,
(c) If there is an order to repeat the case according to section 219, unless it is over,
(d) As per Section 220, there is an order for review, until it is finalized.
